Order Processing

We aim to ship all orders the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders of $70 or more, after discounts and before taxes.

For US orders under $70, a flat shipping rate applies and will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin once your order ships. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select destinations, where offered at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees. Any charges not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@almlaactive.com with your order number and photos, if applicable.

We'll review your situation and help determine the appropriate resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or personal preferences.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out so we can make it right. Eligible issues may be resolved through a replacement or refund. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws.

We'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify or stop the shipment. Applicable statutory cancellation and return rights remain unaffected.
