Refund policy

As a small business, all standard Almla Active purchases are final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, fit, or general wear. That said, we always want you to love your order. In rare cases where there is a quality issue, we will make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item.

Non returnable items
All socks and apparel are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If your order is eligible for a resolution, we will work with you to replace the item or issue store credit.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in rare, approved cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
