What is your return policy?
All sales are final. In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please contact us at info@almlaactive.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.
What is the estimated processing and shipping time?
Orders ship the next business day after they’re placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods.
What size do the socks fit?
Our socks are designed to fit US women's sizes 5-10 comfortably
What are your washing instructions?
We recommend machine washing your socks inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle and air drying when possible. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, ironing, and high heat.
