Born between Los Angeles and New York City, Almla Active was founded by best friends of two decades, Rhea & Gabby. Emerging from countless Pilates classes, Almla was created to fill a clear gap in the market: grip socks that balance elevated design with uncompromising quality.
Rooted in their backgrounds in brand storytelling and strategy, Gabby & Rhea set out to create products that feel intentional, perform beautifully, and hold up wear after wear. Quality and skin-safe materials are at the core of every decision, resulting in thoughtfully crafted pieces.

Every detail of our socks is made with you in mind. Crafted with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified materials, each pair is independently tested for skin safety and free from heavy metals, phthalates, and harmful chemicals. With absolutely no polyester, we use a breathable, absorbent cotton blend that feels better on skin and supports natural performance through movement. From targeted arch support to lab-tested grip technology, every detail is designed for controlled, confident movement.
